Do not use this services

On Monday May 12,2008 i called MI CASITA RENTAL SERVICES for a specific rental property in Ontario they said"YES ITS STILL AVALIABLE COME INTO OUR OFFICE AND BRING $160.00 DLLS. AS A DEPOSITE AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A LIST WITH THE HOME'S ADRESS AND WITH OTHER HOMES". When i reviewed the list their were no homes with the price i had ask for so i called again and asked them for the same home advertised and they said "YES ITS STILL AVALIABLE" i noticed the date of the magazine was from March and asked them why are you saying that the home is still avaliable when its not. I checked for their license which is #PRA02035 Ruperto Maravilla,so please anyone not happy with their service please contact www.DRE.com(departmant of Real Estate) so they can suspend their License. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

From a landlord

This company is rude when they call about my listings! I have never given consent to list any of my properties . Anyone looking for a rental unit SHOULD NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE for any services. You can do it for free on craigs list. These idiots call ask a quick question, then hang up on me. Now imagine how they will treat a renter. Trust me, THIS SERVICE IS A WASTE OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!!!

Consumer Warning

This is a business that provides services thru shady means and does not hold to their agreements. i used their services and was very dissatified with the outcome. granted their rental listings were extensive. i began to feel insecure about using their services when i was told by a few of the landlords whose rentals were listed by mi casita that they had not consented to being listed by mi casita. i ultimately ended up finding a rental thru a friend who has a guesthome. under the agreement, if i did not find a rental thru mi casita rental services within an allot time, i was to be reimbursed for a majority of what i had paid them. i still have not gotten my refund. i followed the procedures for reimbursement by providing proof that i found a rental without their services (ie. rental contract and proof of new residence). mi casita rental services has given me the run-around. they continue to postpone my due reimbursement because of this or that. I DO NOT RECCOMEND MI CASITA RENTAL SERVICES!
