if you have a problem, they won't fix it. they'll even avoid your calls. they use cheap illegal labor to fix your apartment, so nothing works even when it's been "fixed".

R & E are the Scum of the earth

This disgraceful company took over management of my building, and refuses to fix anything until the old tenant is driven from the apartment. They actively harass tenants with any legal BS they can wrangle. One by one they are trying to harass the tenants into leaving. I heard about a building R&E manages a mile from me where they recently siezed the bleeping parking spaces from tenants to try to sell them to the public. I can't wait to read that the city attorney has pulled their license. They are despicable people, inexcusably rude, ineffective as managers, and they should all rot in hell.

R&E Investments are Slumlords

R&E Investments have no respect for their tenants, blatantly ignore certified mailed letters stating maintenance issues (such as windows that do not close or open), and are CHEAP. They remove resident, onsite managers, and do not replace them. Then they require tenants to call the office, and call, and call, and call. They send over a so-called manager and he promises maintenance issues will be addressed. After 6 months, I'm still waiting, as are other tenants in my buidling. This management company does not know how to manage, and their violations need to be out in the open and addressed by the City of West Hollywood, which is where my building is located. BEWARE!
